FAQ

Everyday jingles are being uploaded to the site, either from external sellers or Golden Parrot musicians. There’s no limit or a specific number of jingles that is being exposed at the site, so each day it varies according to the traffic and transactions.
What is the difference between Partial Rights and Full Rights?
Partial Rights are intended for social media videos and small internet campaigns, being itself incidental music. This means it is not a primarily focus of attention or it is not being used on massive media campaigns, so others will be able to download them and use them, just like you. On the other hand, Full Rights are intended for TV/ Radio ads, massive internet campaigns or any other Above The Line media campaigns, so once you download them no other user has the rights to use that jingle for those purposes and it will automatically be deleted from the site.
The rights of a song, either partial or full, work internationally?
Yes. Both can be used in any country of the globe.
Is it cheaper to buy jingles through plans vs buying them one at a time?
Yes. It is a lot cheaper to buy them through a plan. The idea is that you plan your jingle needs each month and chose a plan that fits those needs. This way you can save both money and time.
If I download a jingle for full rights, it means I’m the only one able to use it?
Not exactly. It means that you will be the only one able to use it for massive media ads, such as TV/Radio, Movies or big internet campaigns. However, other users who purchased the jingle for partial rights will still be able to use them as incidental music for projects such as social media ads. Still, you’ll be the only one able to use them for massive media.
How many times can the partial rights of a song can be sold?
There’s no limit. Partial rights are intended for projects where the music isn’t a primary focus or attention, meaning that it is only incidental music and you don’t really if someone else is using it. The usage of these rights is applied to: videos or content in social media or small internet ads.

When you download the jingles, either for partial or full rights, automatically you have the exploitation rights of the song.
